OUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

Our subconscious mind produces brain waves which can resonate with the universe. The universe broadcasts at 7.5 Hz, just at the border between Alpha and Theta waves. Through meditation and other relaxation techniques, we can temporarily adapt our brain waves to be on the same frequency as the universe.

Quantum physics believes we are all interrelated with the universe… and the part of the brain that makes this connection is our vast subconscious mind. The subconscious occupies up to 97% of our brain functions.

On the outer fringes of the massive subconscious is a small window from which we experience consciousness…this window contracts and expands depending on whether we are in a state of control or relaxation…when relaxed we experience alpha brain waves that opens the window more to an awareness of our subconscious ….when we are trying to control our behavior we will experience a greater sense of self consciousness and less spontaneous flow from our subconscious.

There is NO separate conscious mind or subconscious mind but instead only one flowing process which is always in autopilot…all of life and death is simply an intelligent flowing process with our conscious/subconscious an integral part of this harmonious universal flow… it is important to understand that all information received by consciousness first originates from the subconscious….in other words there is no independent thinker or decider which we commonly assume as our self  existing in our consciousness…we do not control our feelings and thoughts but they occur automatically… in all fairness, we should be very cautious when taking responsibility for our conscious awareness.

What is remarkable about these revelations is our unshakable belief in our identity being that of a separate self…this belief has been constantly downloaded into our subconscious since infancy and refuses to be changed…but we may arrive at a point when we intuitively feel a new identity which has always been at the core of our existence…and that is our subconscious intelligence being at one with the universe.

“The conscious mind may be compared to a fountain playing in the sun and falling back into the great subterranean pool of subconscious from which it rises.” ~ Sigmund Freud

I know exactly what you mean or at least I think I do. I used to get deja vu and thot it was just entertaining but now its real intense and sometimes i get short panic attacks when it occurs. Possibly it could be do to the conditioning of the left brain to our illusion of self and the world we perceive that when something like that happens its like having a trip or out of body experience.

  2. Hi Jenn,

I think when we know someone real well such as family member we can often sense what they will say…people married for a long time can automatically get on their spouse’s thought processes without thinking about it and predict what will be said.

The situation of sensing a future event may be more difficult to explain although many people report similar experiences…sometimes I feel vulnerable to some unknown danger andd it proved correct…I tend to agree with you that it an expression of the intuitive right brain.

  3. I, like many others experience Deja vu. Lately I have been experiencing it a lot with conversation with my 15 year old daughter. I pick her up every day form school. it’s a 25 minute ride home so we talk about her day in school and other stuff too. This year more so than ever before when she starts telling me what specific incident happened in school that day, I recognize it and cut her off mid sentence, say, “you told me that already”. which she quickly answers, “no I didn’t because it just happened today”. I then finish the story for her and she comfirms that it is the correct story. She them tells me I’m weird. I have to admit, it does make me uneasy. It seems to just happen with my daughter and it is more this new school year than any other. I am curious to know why this Deja vu is occurring in this frequency and why is it over nonsense stuff. The moment this occurs and we realize it I do feel like the lines between reality and time and space blur…with me in the middle. my left brain starts to instill fear in me because it doesnt understand it. i then feel a little like I am not in control, like I’m in the twilight zone (the TV show) and my 5 senses are seeing this 6th sense as an alien and not wanted to accept it. I am having a hard time explaining it with words but it makes me nervous with it happens rather than good. It makes me feel that my feet are not firmly planted in this world and i dont want to drift off and get lost. When the Deja vu happens and i realize it, the comfort and logic of reality as I know it changes and doesnt feel so real any more. Do you know what I mean?
As far as doing things intinctually that might save your life; that has happened several time in my life. last year i stopped at a green light for no reason, as I had the right of way. my son just starting asking why i was stopping when a truck who was going fast put on its brakes and jack knived in front of us. My son, after saying a few curses asked me how I knew that was going to happen. I told him I didnt know. he then asked me, “then why did you stop abruptly at a green light?” I told him, “i wasn’t aware that I was stopping till you started asking me why?” I do have an answer though. i was in the”driving by rote” mode. I wasn’t thinking. My right brain was driving the car. jen
