Actually, there are a lot of possible ways one can take to overcome this problem. But, you must consider that not two people are the same so there are some pain-healing techniques that might not work for some people. So, the best option is to be aware of the technique that will best work for you. Here are some of the Pain-healing techniques that you can apply for you to overcome TMS.

1. Think Psychological – Keep thinking of positive things. Be optimistic. You can apply the quote that says: “mind over matter.” Instead of asking yourself “Why do I experience this pain?” ask yourself “what are the things that I can do to forget this pain?”

2. Educate Yourself – Actually, you are already doing this stage. You are now educating yourself by reading this article. You can enhance this much further by reading more blogs, forums and community feeds. Learn how others deal with their TMS and try to apply it to yourself as well.

3. Engage in Pro-active life – Make yourself busy; through this, you will be able to focus on other things rather than focusing on the pain that you feel.

4. Undergo Psycho therapy – If you have a traumatic past, dealing with the pain is not a piece of cake. You should visit a professional that could offer you psychotherapy to help you in coping up with the pain that you feel. This would be of help preferably.
